This AB Arms PRO Handguard does much more than just provide a gripping point - you can install Mil-Spec rail sections on any of the slots for mounting accessories of your choice, making this into a truly modular AR15 handguard system. The hand stops and textured grip surfaces facilitate a positive hold while ample ventilation holes prevent heat from building up in the handguard. Six sturdy locking pins hold the handguard firmly in place. A formula of heat-resistant nylon with reinforcing fibers makes this a handguard that will stand up to both rough handling and intense heat from the barrel.

This Pro style handguard eliminated the top rail section from the Mod 1 style, so it is even with the rail on your flat top upper receivers.
