MPN: BAD-EMMR
The Battle Arms Development Enhanced Modular Magazine Release is a unique AR 15 Extended Mag Release that will replace the Mil-Spec release on most AR 15 lower receivers regardless of manufacturer. This mag release is an aesthetically pleasing, low profile, lightweight option that you can count on to improve the performance of your custom built AR 15.
The base of the BAD-EMMR features tight tolerances that fit the standard Mil-Spec footprint and an extended finger pad that is attached in an ergonomic position. Using this enhanced release, you no longer have to change your grip to drop a magazine.
The finger pad of each BAD Enhanced Modular Magazine Release utilizes a unique dovetail attachment system that is far more secure than the standard two screw attachment configuration which often fails when another AR 15 Extended Mag Release is put to heavy use. You can count on the durability of Battle Arms Development’s revolutionary design and still enjoy the ability to change finger pads as you choose.
The BAD-EMMR is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and is available in medium or large and three different colors. The large finger pad is approximately 1/4 longer than the medium. Both sizes are available in clear, red, and black anodized aluminum finishes.
Battle Arms Development, Inc. is a thriving young American company based in Henderson, Nevada. They take pride in innovative thinking and revolutionary product development. Get out of the box and add a little something special to your next AR-15 with a BAD Enhanced Modular Magazine Release.
Ideal magazine release, very little time off trigger to drop magazine
Installed on an Aero Precision M4E1 Stripped Lower Receiver. Large surface area is what was needed for ease of operation. Clears anti-walk pins for drop in trigger assy. Very satisfied with the BAD EMMR. Recommended.
It’s a great little piece but after removing the screw only TWICE the threads inside the button for the set screw have stripped. Never overtightened always just snug. Pretty disappointed
Quick install and worked well. Did exactly what I wanted it to do.
I wanted to be able to hit the magazine release without shifting my grip as I have a rather short trigger finger. After looking at evrything that was available i opted for the Battle Arms unit and am quite satisfied. Hoping the image shows as it illustrated that the BAD release extends out a bit more that teh USGI button and of course extended rearward.
Perfect fit, my finger finds this button better than other extended mag releases, especially larger versions. And it's not bulky or in the way of anti walk trigger pins.
This was a great upgrade for my 300 BLk build. With gloves the standard eject button can be hard to find, not with this bad boy! I recommend this and any Battle Arms Development product.
It's a rarity to find the trifecta of good price, good quality and good looks. Strike Industries hits the mark with this item.
It's nice. Looks cool as anything for me & just me probably because my lower is made of poly it kinda had trouble retracting so I had to play with it for a while but when I got it to work it works amazing.
