There are some simple upgrades that can give an operator greater peace of mind than he might have with standard Mil-spec parts. One of those small upgrades that a lot of guys make is a simple change to Anti-walk trigger pins in their rifles. A set of anti-walk pins is a necessity with many trigger packs and will lessen wear in most applications, but many of them are a compromise. With traditional anti-walk trigger pins, you lose the ability to take your pins out without tools for a quick breakdown if you have a problem. Strike Industries addressed that problem head on with the design of their secure set of anti-walk pins, so you can remove them without extra tools and install them without liquid thread lock.

Innovative Tool-less Design

Strike Industries’ Anti-walk/Anti-rotation Pins feature an innovative retention clip that relieves the need for special tools or thread lock when installing a secure pin set. There are no extra small parts to lose, so working in less than perfect conditions isn’t a big problem. The clip fits onto the anti-rotation hammer and trigger pin using slots machined into the pins. Those slots make all the difference, creating an anti-rotation pin set that you can really count on. While other pins might feature a screw or clip on each pin, this single clip system assures that those pins aren’t going to spin, they simply can’t rotate once the clip is in place, holding both pins secure without extra goo or additional screws.
