Hassle Free 30-Day Returns
As part of our quest to provide the best customer service to every customer we work with, we maintain a 30-day hassle free return policy for most of the product we sell. If you need to return an unused item for a refund, we make it fairly painless.
NOTE: For the protection of our customers and various safety and legal liability reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition, firearms, barrels, or any product that contains a barrel. Defective firearms, barrels, any product that contains a barrel (ie, complete AR-15 uppers, complete pistol slides, etc.) and ammunition must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service. All firearms, barrels, complete uppers, and ammunition that we sell are brand new from the manufacturer, and have never been used, installed, or modified.
Within 30-days of the date you receive your merchandise, simply log onto your account and complete a Return Item(s) Form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If you do not have an account with us, contact our customer service team and let us know the item(s) that you would like to return. Then we’ll get you your RMA number and you can send the items back to us. Don’t worry, as long as the item was never used, we really don’t have much in the way of questions. Although we have a “No Questions Asked” return policy for unused item(s), if you let us know why the item(s) is not working out for you, we just might be able to help you find an item that suits your needs better than whatever isn’t working out.
After you have your Return Merchandise Authorization number, just pack up your undamaged item and ship it back to us with that number written clearly on the outside of the package so we can handle it properly when it gets to us and you’ll receive a full refund.
Most of the items Wing Tactical offers carry a manufacturer’s warranty to protect your investment in case an item is damaged or fails under use. If you do have a problem with an item and you’re not sure what to do, give us just send us a message and we’ll do everything we can to help get you off the bench and back to the range.
