Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • Wing Tactical commits to dispatching orders on the SAME or NEXT business day following payment confirmation.
  • We process shipments from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The cut-off time for same-day shipments is 1 P.M. Eastern Time. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the subsequent business day.

Shipping Method:

  • We primarily use UPS and USPS for our deliveries. The choice of carrier depends on the customer's location, the order weight, and the preferred shipping option at checkout.
  • Kindly inform us post-ordering if your delivery address demands a specific carrier to prevent shipment delays and potential reshipment charges.


  • UPS does not deliver to addresses without a physical location, such as PO Boxes.
  • Certain regions are not serviced for home delivery by USPS.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Customers can view shipping costs and estimated delivery times before finalizing their order at the checkout page.

NOTE: Delivery times shown at checkout are mere estimates. We guarantee dispatch on the same day for orders placed before 1 P.M. EST. However, delivery durations are subject to change, especially during holidays or unfavorable weather conditions.

Package Tracking:

  • Upon shipment, Wing Tactical will send a tracking number to the customer via email. If you do not receive this, please contact us.

International Shipping:

  • In compliance with ITAR Regulations, Wing Tactical ships exclusively within the U.S.A. Both billing and shipping addresses must be located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

Shipping Insurance:

  • Customers interested in shipping insurance should contact us post-order and before the shipment cut-off.

NOTE: Some orders may necessitate signature confirmation, irrespective of the customer's initial request.

  • Insurance covers the cost of the item(s) against loss or damage during transit

    • Lost in Transit: Claims can be initiated if tracking indicates non-delivery. A 20-day wait post-shipment is mandatory before we can file a claim with the insurance company.
    • Damage in Transit: If goods are received damaged, report to Wing Tactical within three days, accompanied by relevant photos of the damage and packaging. Retain the damaged item(s) as they might be needed for further procedures.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be processed as standard returns. The product's cost will be refunded; however, shipping and handling charges will not.
  • If an undeliverable package, resulting from a customer error, goes missing during its return, Wing Tactical is not accountable for the loss.

Lost Packages:

  • Should a package go missing due to our oversight, Wing Tactical will either offer a full refund or replace the lost item. If a package's tracking status reads "Delivered", Wing Tactical will not assume responsibility, irrespective of the purchase of initial order insurance. The insurance provider will decline such claims. Please liaise with the shipping carrier or local law enforcement in such cases.
  • Customers must ensure the accuracy and currency of the provided address. If an incorrect address results in a lost package, Wing Tactical cannot be held accountable.
