The KAK Industry 5.56 AUG LMG Compensator is based on the compensator found on the Steyr AUG Light Machine Gun, bringing that proven design to AR-15 platforms with 1/2×28 threads. Unlike traditional muzzle brakes that simply vent gas to the sides, this design uses multiple expansion chambers and carefully angled ports to keep the rifle tracking flatter during rapid fire.
The result is a rifle that stays on target more naturally, making follow-up shots quicker and easier to manage.
Designed To Reduce Muzzle Rise
Inside the compensator, the primary and secondary chambers work together to redirect expanding gases upward and forward. The upward-angled ports generate a downward force that helps counter muzzle climb, while the forward-facing ports contribute to a smoother recoil impulse.
This design shines during rapid strings of fire, where keeping the sights on target is often more important than simply reducing rearward recoil.
Ready For 14.5" Pin And Weld Builds
