Upgrading your rifle with the Aero Precision Adjustable Gas Block will give you the ability to fine-tune your competition build and take your weapons to another level. Being able to manage the excess gas will help you reduce recoil and customize your rifle to fit your exact shooting style.

The Aero Adjustable Gas Block Difference

The Aero Precision Adjustable Gas Block is designed to match the exact same profile as standard low profile gas blocks allowing you to fit most free float handguards. The Aero Precision difference is the adjustment screw and the spring allowing you up to 15 different gas positions that can be adjusted between fully open and fully closed. This spring keeps the adjustment screw in place and removes the need for additional set screws. The Aero Adjustable Gas Block design helps to prevent carbon locking by funneling carbon fouling to the sacrificial chamber. These innovations represent Aero Precision's superior quality and intelligent design.

Your Competition or Custom Build Needs This Gas Block

If you want to mitigate recoil as much as possible, then the Aero Precision is an essential upgrade for your competition build. It's a really great gas block. I really like the positive click while adjusting it.

Not what I expected, or what I was led to believe from the AERO PRECISION ADJUSTABLE GAS BLOCK advertising. The first problem is the .750" ID is actually larger than the advertised .750" so it fits loose on the barrel (not a desired trait) Worst issue is the adj gas block port size is around .098" but all my carbine length gas barrel 300 blackout guns run .109" to .110" gas holes. A BIG problem as guns won't properly cycle even with the adjustment all the way open. I can't even drill the gas block gas port out as the adjustment piston is only about .099-.100 so it won't then close off a drilled out gas hole. Very disappointed with the AERO PRECISION ADJUSTABLE GAS BLOCK, but even more so about their lack of providing the fact that the AERO PRECISION ADJUSTABLE GAS BLOCK has a much smaller gas hole that is smaller than almost all other adj gas blocks on the market. 300 blackout carbine length gas system owners beware!!!!!
