Armaspec offers two great choices in drop-in magazine release buttons that not only improve the ease of operation of your AR mag release but also allow you to add color for a special personal touch to your build.

Keep it Straight

The Armaspec Enhanced Combat Button keeps the small profile of the Mil-Spec type AR mag release button but adds a grooved surface texture. A little extra purchase on that button when you’re in the middle of it can make the difference between a smooth magazine swap and a fumble fest. The grooved Face of Armaspec’s AR Mag release gives you the traction you need to make every swap happen the way you need it to.

Put a Slant on it

If the in and out of the standard AR mag release button just doesn’t feel natural to you, opt for the Armaspec Slant. This magazine release button doesn’t take up any extra real estate and it features the same type of improved traction as the Enhanced Combat Button, but in a more ergonomic slanted design that is more natural for many operators to use. The flick of a finger is more natural for many than a straight on press and the Slant release button gives that natural motion the same effect.
