AR-style pistols can be among the most difficult guns to shoot. When firing an AR-style pistol with one hand, maintaining accuracy while combating the twisting motion of the recoil can be a real challenge. AR15 pistols are also heavier compared to other handguns, with most of the weight located ahead of the pistol grip.
To make it easier for AR15 pistol users to stabilize and shoot their weapons, SB Tactical invented the SB15 pistol stabilizing brace. This brace fits over the arm of the shooter, and spreads the weight of the gun over muscles in the shooter’s arm, making it easier to aim and fire the weapon.
To keep the brace from sliding around on the buffer tube of your AR15 pistol, consider the Odin Works SB-PT locking collar. This hexagonal collar locks securely in front of the brace on the buffer tube, thereby preventing the brace from twisting during use. The SB-PT locking collar also allow you to adjust the length of pull, and prevent the brace from moving forward. If you are an avid user of the AR15 pistol, but you struggle with accuracy and the weight of your gun, consider a stabilizing brace with a locking collar from Odin Works. The ability to better control your weapon will make your time at the range a more enjoyable experience.

getting it on
Posted by ohio boy on 28th Dec 2015
Getting it on can be a job. I found that there are different size pistol buffer tubes. I was going to take the stock off the rubber didn't want to slide so I took the tube off. I got it on then I had to move the stock back so the charging handle would cycle. If I had to do it again I'd buy the hole kit. It's on now and I'm past that trial it keeps the stock from riding forward that was my goal.
