The dots absorb ambient light to glow brightly under all light conditions, and a tritium-powered front lamp charges the high-contrast photoluminescent front dot. This is designed to make the front sight brighter than the blacked-out rear sight to help maintain your downrange focus in all light conditions to aid in rapid target acquisition. The anti-reflective rear tritium sight ledge reduces glare in bright conditions to increase contrast with the front sight for greater sight definition.
