Are you the type of person who likes to take care of business yourself and want to do it right? Well, here is a case where doing it the right way requires the right tools. For a lot of us shooting, amateur Gunsmithing, and doing things ourselves is more than a hobby, it's a way of life.

Attention To Detail

Do you really have to dimple your barrel in order to install a gas block? Well no, but you don't have to tie your shoes either. In this case, an AR barrel dimpling jig is a must have in order to do the job right. If that gas block is just a degree off, you will run into FTE or FTF issues at the least, in the other extreme the gas block and gas tube could come off. With gas block alignment, almost isn't good enough. One way to make sure that your alignment is good enough is by using a KVP Gas Block Dimpling Jig to do the job right. This professional grade jig is crafted from hardened steel and has precision machined guide holes so you can get it right the first time.

The Right Tool For The Right Job

Just why do you need another tool? Because you can never have enough toys. An AR barrel dimpling jig may hang out in your toolbox for a while until you decide to change your setup and then you are going to need it. The time will come when you upgrade to a new barrel or a better gas block and in order to make things right, your KVP Gas Block Dimpling Jig will be there.

Excellent product, I have both the .750 and the .625. All you have to do is know the distance between the two set screws, find the corresponding dimensions on the jig, center the jig using the gas port as the guide, and dimple the barrel. The gas port is properly center everytime. It's a must have if you build your own AR.
