This barrel uses the Proprietary Ballistic Advantage Hanson profile, which allows it to be lighter than government profile barrels, while still maintaining a thicker contour where needed.

The Ballistic Advantage .308 Premium Series 18-Inch Barrel has a 1:10 twist rifling profile and a threaded muzzle. It has a mid-length gas port placement and an Optimum size gas port for a reliable shooting experience.
