Streamlined Performance
This upper assembly runs a 14.5-inch barrel cut from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel, which holds up better than standard barrel steel with stronger corrosion resistance and better heat dissipation. The barrel is threaded 1/2"-28 and comes with an A2 flash hider already installed.
The low-profile gas block and carbine-length gas tube keep this 14.5” complete upper 5.56 build cycling smoothly and reliably. The Aero Precision ATLAS S-ONE M-LOK handguard covers the gas system with M-LOK slots on both sides and the bottom, plus short sections of Picatinny rail up front and in back for mounting sights and optics.
HP and MPI Tested for Quality Assurance
The Aero Precision M4E1 threaded upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and includes a forward assist, port door, and top Picatinny rail. It's compatible with any Mil-Spec AR-15 bolt carrier group and charging handle, runs M4 feed ramps for reliable feeding, and has been HP and MPI tested for quality assurance.
