WMD’s NiB-X A3/A4 upper receivers feature M4 feed ramps. These are stripped 7075 T6 forged aluminum receivers. The Nickel Boron coating is top-notch. The coating is thick which is perfect for my match-grade build. The barrel and lower fit tightly with this upper. Some people might want loose-fitting for easier assembly. But for a precision build, the tighter the better. You can file down tight parts to make them fit, but you can't add material to make them fit tightly.
Great service by Wing Tactical but product not good

First the good: Wing Tactical is a great business place to buy AR-15 parts. Fast shipping and everything arrived well packed. The Bad: The bad is not Wing Tactical fault but the quality of the product by WMD Guns. Upper receiver had an excellent fit into PSA lower receiver, however, upper didn't have T-marks like the specs said, fit in the barrel receiver is impossible with at least 3 different barrels I have. In other words, I need to find an armorer or gun smith to see if they can polish the barrel receiver in order to fit a barrel. I'm sure they can but I cannot do that at home like with all my other receivers. Last, the "black" powder coating is in name only as in any light source (including outside with the sun) the receiver looks gray. There is no way that is considered black. In addition to the excellent fit in the lower receiver, the other good thing about the upper is the interior nickel boron finish that will make easier for cleaning and check that there are no carbon residues after cleaning. Everything else, this upper receiver is not worth $145!!! Really disappointed with this upper. I bought other things from Wing tactical and everything is good quality.
