Details:

The Armaspec Rifter 2.0 Muzzle Brake (.223/5.56) takes the original Rifter concept and adds something increasingly important for modern AR builds: suppressor compatibility. Its mounting interface is designed around the same general ecosystem as Plan B and Rearden Atlas-style devices, giving shooters more flexibility when choosing compatible suppressor and hub setups.

Run it as a standalone muzzle device, pair it with an Armaspec blast shield, or build around it as a suppressor host.

Variable Ports Keep The Rifle Flat

Rather than using a basic repeating port pattern, the Rifter 2.0 incorporates strategically sized variable ports, chamber traps, and internal gas channels. Expanding gases are controlled and directed to help limit muzzle movement and keep the rifle flatter during firing.

For a .223/5.56 AR, that translates to faster recovery between shots and less movement to correct before getting back on target.

Part Of The Armaspec Modular Ecosystem

Armaspec designed the Rifter 2.0 as more than a standalone brake. It serves as a central mounting point for the company’s expanding muzzle-device system and is compatible with the upcoming Reactor Blast Shield, Reactor Mini Blast Shield, and Armaspec Hub.

That modular approach leaves room to change the rifle’s configuration without necessarily replacing the muzzle device each time.

QPQ Black Nitride Finish

The Rifter 2.0 is finished in QPQ black nitride, providing a hard, corrosion-resistant surface with a clean matte-black appearance.

For shooters looking for a .223/5.56 muzzle brake that combines recoil and muzzle control with Plan B / Rearden Atlas-style suppressor compatibility, the Rifter 2.0 brings those functions together in one modular platform. Patents pending.
