The 7.62 caliber is excellent for a variety of purposes, but the muzzle rise can be troublesome, especially on lightweight weapons like the AR-10 platform rifles. Put an end to accuracy-destroying muzzle rise with the Rapid Engagement Device (RED) from Fortis!
The Fortis RED muzzle brake screws onto the muzzle of your AR10 or any other 7.62 rifle. The two holes at the rear direct the gas in the direction of the muzzle rise, preserving your sight alignment after each shot. The RED will enable you to take quick follow-up shots even when firing in quick succession! The wide ports allow gases to vent to the sides, and they also give your weapon a modern, streamlined appearance.
All edges on this muzzle brake are smoothed over for snag-free operation. Cleaning this muzzle brake is a breeze thanks to the open design of the ports. The distinctive Fortis logo is also emblazoned on the side. With the Fortis RED on your weapon, you can experience large caliber performance with small caliber muzzle rise!
The Fortis RED Rapid Engagement Device 7.62 Muzzle Brake comes in: Stainless Steel and Black Nitride.

I have purchased two red muzzle brakes one for a 308 AR & the other for the 300 Blackout. The fit and finish are second to none, good clean threads and added crush washer make install a breeze. Just like advertised target reacquisition when doing a follow-up shots is nice and fast. I experienced tighter groups on paper during rapid fire as well, just running a couple cycle through.
No regrets on this purchase, Thanks
I am buying a second one for my new rifle!!!

I got one off amazon for my AR-10 and love it. Reduces recoil and looks sharp! I am now buying a second one for my ArchA. Mosin.

Definitely does its job of keeping the muzzle down on my 10.5" 300blk. So far I'm impressed!
