This CHF barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 1:7 twist rate. Each barrel receives a high-pressure test (HPT) and a magnetic particle inspection (MPI) before it is released for shipping. These tests ensure that the product you hold in your hand is the best possible quality for your AR-15. The hard chrome lining coating of this 14.5" CHF barrel nearly twice as thick as the chrome lining on a Mil-Spec M4.
