  • Castle nut looks better

got this to finish my 2nd build and was the only thing i was missing, looks and feels better than a reg castle nut, id rather use this, not sure on how strong it is tho but survived being tightened from my wrench.

Not only is it lightweight, but it adds just a dash of style in an otherwise overlooked part. Fit and finish are great, multiple stake notches are a plus, and the finish did not scratch when installed with the AR wrench. Very pleased.

  • Great Castle Nut

Works fine, threaded on with no issues and snugged up with a standard armorers wrench.

  • Castle nut upgrade - you bet

way better than standard castle nut. Looks better and is way more functional with extra tool cuts if you have a side mount on a butt plate - and reasonably priced too boot. Can't lose.

  • Great Looking Castle Nut

Pros: Great quality and looks you would expect from Spike's.

Cons: The color of the castle nut does not look like the color of a product that would be nitrided nor the color depicted. So, if you are looking for something to closely color match your receiver, this castle nut is not it. The color of the actual castle nut appears more of those phosphated.

  • Love it

Love the aggressive design of the castle nut. Now, my rifle really standout from the "Mil-Spec" ARs at the range.

Looks good but has aggressive edges, needs the sharp edges to be filed down or rounded off a bit.
