Quality Parts

This upper assembly includes a barrel, Gen 2 Enhanced M-LOK handguard, gas system, and M5E1 receiver. The 18-inch barrel is made from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel and has a QPQ coated finish, which is very durable and corrosion-resistant. The barrel comes with a standard A2 flash hider. However, it is also threaded to attach other muzzle devices.

This Upper assembly comes with the Gen 2 Enhanced M-LOK Handguard. This low-profile, one-piece, free-floating, modern handguard has M-Lok slots on three sides and a full-length top Picatinny rail. It is Scalloped to decrease weight and has built-in anti-rotation tabs to prevent movement as well.

The receiver of the M5E1 Upper has a DPMS high profile design, which fits seamlessly with the Gen 2 Enhanced Handguard. It is made from 7075-T6 Aluminum and has a hard-coat anodized finish.
