I built an AR a few years ago with a Faxon barrel and that thing can put bullets in bullet holes at 100 meters. Crazy accurate. So I went with one of these because of my previous experience with what I believe is fantastic quality, and I was not disappointed. There are only 50 shots thru it so far (all I had was 1 box of ammo) and the accuracy is pleasantly surprising. At 10 meters, from a bench, I can make 2" groups no problem. Standing two hand grip they enlarge to 3". I blame the shooter, not the equipment, admittedly I need practice. Anyway, fantastic barrel, dropped right in, the fluting looks cool thru the window cut on top of the slide, and the threaded barrel gives me just a little more barrel length than a standard G17 non threaded barrel. Almost the same as a G34 barrel, but not quite. Thanks and YES I definitely recommend this barrel.
