Details:

The Griffin Armament AR-SOB-A2 rifle buffer is designed as a replacement for buffers in suppressed 5.56mm or 300BLK caliber AR-15 rifles. It is compatible with the Armalite AR10 carbine length buffer tube and can be used with the AR10 Mil-Spec CAR receiver extension, the Griffin AR-10 Maritime Receiver Extension, or the "Vltor A5" buffer tube. The buffer must be used with the AR-10 CAR action spring.

Improved Shooting Experience

The Griffin Armament AR-SOB-A2 buffer has a staggered impact hybrid design. The CNC machined weights and a telescoping buffer head create a more controlled motion that allows for more precisely controlled timing. This all works to reduces system operating speed by improving dwell time and reduces bolt speed for a more reliable cycling.

Innovative Design

The Griffin Armament AR-SOB-A2 rifle buffer is made of heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel construction for strength, is brass weighted for durability, and has a nitride-treated finish. With an overall length of just four inches and a weight of only 5.6 ounces, the AR-SOB-A2 rifle buffer won't weigh down your platform or get in your way.

No Gunsmithing Required

The Griffin Armament AR-SOB-A2 buffer installs easily with no special tools, and no gunsmithing knowledge is required. Note that the buffer is not compatible with a standard AR15 carbine buffer tube and carbine buffer spring and is designed to work with only a A2 rifle-length spring.
