The easy transitions of the Fighter barrel offer increased strength and help to keep heat-related expansion issues at bay so that you get consistent performance shot after shot.

Strike Fighter barrels are chambered in .223 Wylde. This refined chamber size works beautifully with match grade .223 Remington ammunition but also takes the punishment of the hottest 5.56 x 45mm loads you want to shoot. Purchased this barrel in 16" about 3 weeks ago. First of all, thank you Wing Tactical for the fast shipping and customer service! I have been a big fan of Strike's product. I believe this is the first US made product that they sell. Great start, great quality. I put about 1500 rounds through this barrel, so far so good. I am not a very good shooter, but I was still able to get 1 MOA with Hornady 5.56 GMX Superformance. Very happy about that. The accuracy is up there with my Noveske barrel, which cost $200 more.
Should have been sold as a blem.

I purchased this barrel and received it a couple days later. Was happy with the fast delivery. But, I was absolutely shocked when I opened the box and looked at the barrel. I am sure that this barrel is a factory blemish because it has tooling marks and dents under the melonite finish. I have purchased $100 budget barrels from KAK Industries that we’re in perfect shape. I notified WT and their response was, They didn’t even ask to see pictures or anything. I’m warning you... do not buy this barrel. I am filing a dispute with my bank and I will never purchase anything from WT again. ***Wing Tactical Comment*** Hi Jason, For the protection of our customers and various safety and legal liability reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition, firearms, barrels, or any product that contains a barrel. Defective firearms, barrels, any product that contains a barrel (ie, complete AR-15 uppers, complete pistol slides, etc.) and ammunition must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service. All the firearms, barrels, complete uppers, and ammunition that we sell are brand new from the manufacturer, and have never been used, installed, or modified. Thank you for your understanding.
