EOTech has designed a holographic weapon sight (HWS) that’s suitable for both broad daylight and moonless night applications. You’ll never need to worry about seeing your target with the Model 558 by EOTech. This weapon sight is compatible with all Gen I-Gen III night vision devices.

Like all other holographic sights by EOTech, this sight features adjustable brightness settings, even in night vision mode. These sights are also designed to eliminate any halo effect when using an image intensifier tube.

The EOTech 558 HWS enable the user to practice “2-eyes-open” shooting. The ability to keep both your eyes open during target acquisition is an invaluable advantage in CQB situations or when you’re trying to hit an erratic target.

Even though this holographic sight features high levels of technology, it is extremely durable. All components are corrosion resistant and will not be affected by water, fog or extreme temperatures. The electronic components are encased in resin and remain fully operational to Mil-Spec drop tests. Shatter-proof laminated glass and a roll-bar-type hood help ensure that this weapon sight will remain intact even through the heat of battle.
